List Creator offers a limited money-back guarantee on its List Creator service. To be eligible for a refund under the money back guarantee you must:
• Have not downloaded and installed the software on any device.
• Contact List Creator via the contact us form within seven days of registration and request a refund under the guarantee.
Please note that your account will be cancelled and you will no longer be eligible for the List Creator service.
The money back guarantee is only available for new List Creator purchases.
The money back guarantee is not applicable to membership renewals. A customer may only claim the money back guarantee once, and any further claims will be ineligible.
The money back guarantee is not valid for purchases/subscriptions made using the List Creator app for iOS.
